How do I get started?
If you or your child need help in school you can call us at (248)-632-1378 or e-mail
us at info@itutor1on1.com and one of our representatives will be glad to help you with any questions that you might have.
What cities do you service?
We are continually expanding our area of service. At the moment we offer our tutoring
services in the following cities:

Where are the tutoring sessions held?
ITS offers its tutoring services through out the Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. The tutoring sessions will be held at the Public libraries and Community Centers. Although we will not provide transportation for our students, our sessions will be offered at the Public libraries and Community Centers near the students’ home.

What are your rates?
The rates depend on a few factors such as the student's level (elementary, middle school, high school etc.) number of tutoring sessions needed, location and other factors. Please feel free to contact us so that we can talk about your specific needs.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that our clients have busy schedules and occasionally it will be necessary to cancel an appointment. To cancel an appointment without any charges you need to notify Individual Tutoring Services by calling our phone line: (248) 632-1378 before 6 PM, on the day prior to scheduled appointment. If a student cancels an appointment after 6 PM the day prior to the appointment day or if the student fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, then the student is responsible for paying the full value of the session.
How do I pay for the tutoring sessions?
You can pay securely, easily and quickly using our online payment method. Simply click on the PayPal icon and follow the steps. You should send your payment at least 24 hours before the tutoring session.

Are there any long-term contracts?
No.We do not require any long term contracts.Clients may cancel scheduled appointments by 6pm on the day prior to the scheduled session at no charge.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. We guarantee that your child's grade will improve by at least 1 letter grade.
